Start up Costs: Varies from
month to month. Base Kit (always available at $199, this month
it is half price and includes 32 books, supplies, training
materials, and 6 month website), and Monthly Special Kit, can
be as low as $29.95, includes books, supplies, training
materials, and sometimes a point of sale website subscription.
Commission: 17-30% depending on the
type of order
Perks: 3 or 5% monthly
sales bonus, 11%supervisor override, trip contests, monthly
challenges to earn books, supplies, gift certificates and
other merchandise.
Training:
Personalized to each consultant: email, personal coaching, I
have a toll free number for my consultants to call me on,
training chats, local meetings, regional trainings, CDs, and
National Convention.
Website: 6 month
subscription included with Base Kit, sometimes included with
Monthly Special Kit (3 months). Renew for $50 per year.
Company keeps it updated. We can do e-shows and e-fairs,
School and Library Orders, as well as direct sales.
Ongoing Support: Personal support and
coaching from Supervisor and upline, weekly online chats,
local meetings, newsletter, consultant website with OS list,
message forums, and much more.
Minimum
Sales: Initial obligation of $85 net during first 3
months. After that there are no minimums unless you want to be
able to list schools and libraries. Once a consultant, always
a consultant, you never have to rejoin. If you have no sales
for 12 months, you have the option of signing again to get a
new kit, but you lose any downline you had under the original
ID.
Additional Perks/Incentives: Work

homeshows, bookfairs, read-a-thon program, school and library
