magazine in July 2006, and the response from those I have
talked to about the company is tremendous. Our mission is to

products are distributed through Independent Consultants who
believe in the importance of family, who want to create a

Earnings Program:
• You
can establish your own hours. To be an active consultant, you
need to produce $1,000.00 in retail sales annually. There are
NO MONTHLY QUOTAS.

Monthly profit is based on retail sales: 20% for under $500.00
and 25% over $500.00.
• There
are many levels within the company that you can achieve and
gain bigger rewards.

Personal ongoing training is available to help you reach your
desired goals.

Getting Started - 3 easy
steps:
1.
To get started, all we have to do is complete a simple
Consultant Agreement Form. You can decide which Celebration
kit you want to start.
a)
Celebration Kit $99.00 + tax and shipping (Value $199.50). The
basic kit is an excellent way to get your business started
without a large investment. This kit will contain many of our
wonderful keepsakes, a quantity of business supplies
sufficient to hold your first celebration and a Consultant
Manual. After your first celebration, you can use your hostess
rewards or commissions to purchase additional items, if
you like.

Family Kit $199.00 + tax and shipping (Value $380.50). This
kit includes the Celebration Kit plus additional keepsake
products, the Consultant Manual and Business
Supplies.

Business Builder Kit $299.00 + tax and shipping (Value
$554.50). This kit includes both the Celebration Kit and the
Family Kit plus additional keepsake and tradition products,

items vary from month to month, based on product demand and
the season.

We will schedule a date to have your Grand Opening, and you
can get started.
3.
Periodically, Kit Enhancement items will be offered to
consultants to build their kits. You can purchase these items
at a discount off the retail price. No inventory to store.
Only purchase what is sold at the
celebrations.
How things work:
• You
establish your own schedule, based on your
calendar.
•
Training is available through me, or our Team, OUAF DVDs, or
weekly training conference calls. Communication and our
support system are always open to help you reach your goals
and dreams.
• Once
you have your grand opening celebration, you will build off of
that. An Open Date card will help you set your own schedule
and book as many celebrations as you want to
conduct.
• We
have a web site that contains a consultant workstation. All
corporate information is located there. There is also a
standard web site for consultants to use as their own (monthly
fee applies). This makes getting started even
easier.
• We
have an online order process system that will eliminate extra
paperwork and consolidate waiting time for
hostesses.
• Once
an order is submitted, it is processed and delivered to the
hostess in 7-10 days. Your hostess is responsible for
delivering products to his or her friends and family. And as
of April 1, 2007, hostesses will be able to accept online
orders from guests who cannot attend and have the items
shipped directly to the guest.
•
Consultant commission checks are paid (mailed out) the 20th of
the following month.
•
Consultants are paid a minimum commission of 20% and have the
ability to earn a higher commission structure based on
established team leader advances.
• Right
now, we have a great incentive program for new consultants. It
is called Bright Beginnings. It is designed to help you get
your business going as quickly and effectively as possible. It
offers new consultants the opportunity to earn bonus points in
addition to the commission program. These points can be used
for additional product or business supplies.
