Commission: 30% on first $1500, then 40% after; 10% Training Bonus on retail sales of Designer's you sponsor; 3% override commission for down line 3 levels deep; $250 bonus at each step on your way up the Ladder of Leadership.
Training: Your sponsor and up line management team will coach and encourage you; HGP Learning System; on-going training in print, audio and video; home office staff to assist you; regularly scheduled Tele-courses and corporate training events; customer service; easy to use website with your own back office.
